About Us
Toland Environmental Consulting (TEC) was founded over twenty years ago to assist public and private sector clients in accurately evaluating ecological resources on potential acquisition or development sites and to reliably permit impacts to protected natural resources.
TEC’s strength lies in our steadfast commitment to complete customer satisfaction. Our goal is to make you a client for life.
TEC is headed by Lisa Toland who is a recognized leader in the environmental field with over 35 years of professional experience. Ms. Toland has served as the Director of Natural Resources Management for Brevard County, Florida and the Assistant Director of Solid Waste Management for Brevard County. In her free time, Ms. Toland serves a volunteer scientific advisor to the Brevard County Board of County Commissioners on issues involving the acquisition and management of environmentally endangered lands secured for conservation under Brevard County’s voter-approved referendums.
